COTERIE TO "CASH IN" ON FREMONT

The first legitimate retail venue is about to open on Fremont Street in the Fremont East District.

After the opening of several bars and restaurants in the "FEED" over the last 11 years, Downtown Project will open a clothing and apparel retail spot called "COTERIE" with accomplished retail operator and stylist Sarah Nisperos.

The former "CHECKS CASHED" building owned and occupied for many years by the Kitchen family has been acquired and transformed overnight (not really, but in City of Las Vegas time), actually about two months.

The new venue will also house the headquarters of the Downtown Project, and will serve as the first real test of the retail clothing market in downtown.  The much anticipated project couldn't have a better location or more support from the people in the area, and will bring more life to the street during daytime hours.

Look out for opening within the next week or two!!
